"Pay attention to what I say;
listen closely to my words.
Do not let them out of your sight,
keep them within your heart;
for they are life to those who find them
and health to a man's whole body.
Above all else, guard your heart,
for it is the wellspring of life."

- Proverbs 4:20 - 23

So, recently I was having a chat with one of my friends in uni and she mentioned how she couldn't believe how the Bible was relevant. She felt uncomfortable with what it said and really felt like it somewhat contradicts itself. She said ultimately, it was written by people and people being people, can make mistakes. It wasn't a particularly long conversation but it did stick with me.

What do you think?

Well, this Friday will be about the Bible; how it's relevant to us today as well as the basics of why and how we read it. We'll be having a speaker named Josh over from YWAM to speak to us this Friday all about it (;

Bring your notebook(+Bibles), your pen and your friend :D

Peace out kettle spout,
