Going into a new year...

Hello everyone!

I hope you are all well.
Just wanted to let you guys know about committee elections for 2009.
This year, there will be NO ELECTIONS.. instead, Rev Chew will be appointing people to the various positions.

The positions are as follows:

-President
-Vice President
-Treasurer
-Secretary
-Music & Outreach
-Many Bible Study/Small group leaders

Nominations are open to all members of Manna Alpha, Manna Beta and EMYF. So if you have been attending youth group regularly (or regularly prior EMYF splitting) and are baptized, we want YOU! Exceptions may be considered accordingly.

Do consider these few positions and start nominating your friends or yourselves!! There may seem like there are only a few positions but DON'T let this deter you from nominating.... if you are truly passionate about an area, we can always consider it and maybe even create a position for you. Also, many of these positions will do more than their primary role so if there are more nominations, we may look into creating more positions to lighten the load for each person =) Do take the time to pray for yourself and everyone else who may be nominating someone/themselves.

So get NOMINATING!! Nominations are open NOW and will close on 14th November 2008.

Please email your nominations to Sean Heah heahsean@gmail.com. These will be collated and passed onto Rev Chew. Sean or Rev Chew will then approach you (the person being nominated) to further discuss the positions with you.
