Yup, the day that I've been promoting for so long is finally here. This Friday, we are going to show some love to our neighbours by baking Christmas shortbread cookies and writing Christmas cards for them.

Here's a video that gave me some tips on how to bake the shortbread. The tricky bit is rolling out the dough.
The lay out of youth will be different because we are going straight into baking as there are lots of shortbread to bake and wrap. Hopefully, with the help of Andrew, we can have some lovely Christmas music to listen to as we bake!! YIPPEE..
